SUPREME PACKAGE This elegant Crystal package is a 6-1/2 Hour Package from 75 Guests to 450! Beautiful Crystal Palace offers an upscale look and feel. Sit-down VIP dinner. Plenty of parking and Valet Available at no Extra Charge over 200 guests. The venue features beautiful high ceilings painted like the sky, picturesque staircase, and affords your guests a rich looking decor and accommodations. This package would be priced almost double anywhere else in Cook county, Illinois. But here this VIP wedding is planned and ready to go for one low price, even includes tax.
RESERVE THIS PACKAGE -RSVP your date with $75 and final confirmation is $200. The First deposit for the venue is $1500, second after 30 days $1500 and final payment is due one week before the party. Also one week before the party is final count.
In addition to the wonderful amenities already included in the everything package, the crystal package adds some really unique features. This package is designed to give you a top-scale rich experience with all the bells and whistles priced almost 1/2 the price from other venues in Chicago-land. All pre-planned and stress free. All you need to do is figure out the seating chart - and Rev Pam will help you with that too.

Rev Pam will manage your wedding day and create a time and events schedule so everyone knows where and when they need to be where. It will insure a perfect day, on time arrival, and relieve stress from everyone.
TIMELINE. Check into Honeymoon Suite at hotel at 3pm. Photographer meets bride there for getting ready pics. Guests and Groom's arrival at Crustal Palace at 5:30 pm. Bride in her ready room arriving just a few minutes before dressed and ready to go. Violin will be playing as guests are seated. 6pm Ceremony. 6:30pm Congratulations line, sign marriage license in entrance area. 6:45pm - 7:30pm Cocktails with passed Hors D'oeuvres. 7:30pm DJ starts and announces couple into ballroom. Unlimited wine with dinner, cake cutting photo, 1st dance, and speeches. The photographer & video leave after speeches, or negotiate them longer. Dinner served 7:50pm cake with ice cream at 8:30pm. Bar opens til midnight. Dancing starts with DJ Lorry and his crew. Delicious sweets and fruit bar opens, with coffee service. Party over at midnight, or if there are less then a dozen people dancing. Midnight to the hotel, wake to breakfast in bed. Your beautiful king room awaits, suite when available. Includes late checkout and breakfast in bed. Rev Pam will send you the menu to pre-order. You already have the photographer as part of the package, so this upgrades you to both. Dimitri and his team of photographers will capture every moment with film and still. The video guy will talk to guests and ask them to leave you a special message you will only hear after you get the video.

A complete and tailored look. White Table Cloths with Napkins, white chair covers and your color choice of in-stock chair sash. Many colors to choose from. Custom colors are also available for an additional up-charge. These chairs will be used for guests during the ceremony too. This photo shows a standard setup which is included with your package.
The ceremony will take place in front of the pipe and drape in your banquet room with beautiful up-lighting on the drapes Then converted during cocktails to a dinner seating and the head table will be accented by the decor. It may not look exactly like the photo you wedding is customized. Beautiful add-on this package only - the two lovebird king and queen chairs are included at the head table. YOU CHOOSE SILVER OR GOLD.

Beautiful Arch and columns are set up for ceremony, with the chairs stadium seating. Very large weddings will have some guests seated at their tables. The bride will be presented after the wedding party during live violin for the processional.

China and beautiful heavy weight silver will adorn your place setting with unlimited wine and water service at the table. A formal place setting, with salad and dinner forks, and dessert fork and spoon at the top of the plates, white napkins and table cloths can be upgraded to a different color.
A truly beautiful presentation, the centerpiece is two feet tall and has candles around. During dinner we dim the lights and its lovely with the candles lit reflecting from the mirrored plate.

Your DJ is the best! He always is the "hit" of the party. Fun music seet list made per your direction. Pick out a groomsman to tease, a bridesmaid who would play along... and Lorry will get everyone out dancing and having fun laughing.
Rev Pam will bring one of her experienced coordinators to manage the day. She will stay until the end to make sure everyone is taken care of. She will help set up anything you have brought. The card box, guest book and set up the seating chart, and assist guests throughout the night. Rev Pam will create the Time and Events schedule for your day, and publish it to everyone including the wedding party, speech makers, vendors etc.

When we say 75 Guests, We really mean 82 people. It really adds +7 people. The couple = 2 + 5 vendors. If your guests have children. We don't count them as guests if they are small enough to have a booster chair or sit on parent's lap. CHILDREN'S MEAL Each meal is an additional $7.
WEDDING INVITATIONS. Weddings 300 guests receive 250 invites. 400 & 450 guest weddings receive 300 invites.
